Deposit and Cancellation Policy

First contact us about availability and to determine which trip is right for you. Once availability and the specific trip is determined, ProVallone requires a 25% deposit of the total trip cost to hold your spot for both Domestic and International trips.

Domestic Trips:

We require the balance be paid in full 45 days prior to the trip start date. If you are booking within the balance due date, full payment is required.

If cancellation is made 45 days or more before the trip, ProVallone will refund all payments less the 25% deposit. Cancellations made within 44 days of the trip are non-refundable. If ProVallone cancels a trip for any reason a full refund will be given.

Please take note: If full payment is not received by the balance due date (45 days) and other arrangements are not made with us, we reserve the right to consider your registration canceled.

International Trips:

We require the balance be paid in full 60 days prior to the trip start date. If you are booking within the balance due date, full payment is required.

If cancellation is made 60 days or more before the trip, ProVallone will refund all payments less the 25% deposit. Cancellations made within 59 days of the trip are non-refundable. If ProVallone cancels a trip for any reason a full refund will be given.

Please take note: If full payment is not received by the balance due date (60 days) and other arrangements are not made with us, we reserve the right to consider your registration canceled.

Trip Insurance:

To protect yourself and your investment we encourage you to purchase Trip Insurance. Trip insurance will allow you to recover fees resulting from cancellation due to most situations and is considerably cheap given the amount of coverage and protection most carriers provide.
